Three Little Pigs
Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there were three little pigs who lived in a cozy forest. They were brothers, but they were very different from each other. The eldest pig was named Peter, the second pig was named Max, and the youngest pig was named Leo.
Peter Builds a House of Straw
Peter, the eldest pig, was a carefree and lazy pig. He did not want to work hard and spent all his time playing and having fun. When it was time to build a house, Peter thought it would be quick and easy to build a house of straw. He gathered some straw from the forest and built his house in no time.
Peter's house of straw was weak and flimsy. It could not withstand even a gentle breeze. Despite knowing this, Peter didn't worry and continued to enjoy his carefree life. One day, a hungry wolf came by Peter's house. The wolf huffed and puffed and blew Peter's house down. Peter was terrified and ran for his life to his brother's house.
Max Builds a House of Sticks
Max, the second pig, was a little smarter than Peter. He also wanted to have fun and play, but he understood the importance of hard work. Max decided to build a house of sticks. He collected a large number of sticks from the forest and quickly built his house.
Max's house of sticks was stronger than Peter's house of straw, but it was still not sturdy enough. The hungry wolf soon found his way to Max's house. The wolf huffed and puffed and blew Max's house down. Max, realizing his mistake, ran to his brother Leo's house in fear of the wolf.
Leo Builds a House of Bricks
Leo, the youngest pig, was the most responsible and hardworking of the three brothers. He understood the importance of building a strong and sturdy house. Leo gathered bricks and cement and spent a lot of time and effort building a house of bricks.
Leo's house of bricks was solid and strong. It could withstand any kind of weather and could not be blown down by the wolf. When the wolf approached Leo's house and tried to blow it down, he failed miserably. The wolf realized that he couldn't get to the pigs inside the house and gave up.
The Moral of the Story
The story of the three little pigs teaches us the importance of hard work, responsibility, and planning. Peter and Max, who didn't put enough effort into building their houses, had to rely on their younger brother Leo for safety. Leo's hard work and determination paid off, and he was able to protect himself and his brothers from danger.
